Reservations
- Reservations are dependent on Slingshot® availability
- Reservations are accepted through our website.
- There will be a $100.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of the reservation.
- There are no refunds at all. In the case of undesirable weather, we will reschedule your reservation to any available time slot.
Deposits
A $500 deposit is required at check-in. During check-in, a $500 authorization hold will be placed on your credit or debit card. Once the authorization hold is released, the authorized amount will return to your account within 3-7 business days depending on your bank account.
Helmets
We offer DOT-approved helmets for rent. Our helmets are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use, ensuring safety and hygiene. If you choose to use your own helmet, that is fine as long as it is DOT-approved.
Pick Up
- You will pick up your rental at our shop located at 189 Westview Dr, Blue Ridge, GA 30513.
Once you arrive, there is a short check-in process and then you are ready to go! - We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation time.
- We have helmets of all sizes to rent if you need them. Helmets are required. You can also bring and use your own helmet. Our helmets are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly after each use.
- We have parking if you would like to leave your vehicle while out on your rental.
- We ask that you do drive responsibly and treat the Slingshot with respect.
Our Polaris Slingshot® Operational Policies
- Slingshots® are to be driven only on paved roads. Absolutely no off road driving or driving on gravel or dirt roads.
- NO burnouts, donuts or speeding will be tolerated. Proof or evidence of any of the following will result in a charge for replacement tire and installation.
- Your Slingshot will be provided with a full tank of PREMIUM fuel. At the end of the rental, units must be refueled with PREMIUM fuel upon return. There is a fee of $50 per unit not refueled.
- Please report any mechanical problems to us immediately.
- Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage by not adhering to inspecting the slingshot before you ride it. If it has a flat or leak do not ride it. Treat the slingshot like it is your own.
- There will be a $275.00 replacement fee for lost key.
- There will be a $50.00 replacement fee for gas caps – they are not tethered to the slingshot.
- If you get a ticket while driving the Slingshot®, you are responsible for it. This includes parking and any tolls.
- Flat tires are not covered.
- Towing is not covered unless there is a mechanical issue.
Insurance
- You MUST have show proof of full coverage insurance that includes rental vehicles.
- In the event that any damages are done to the vehicle, the total damage repair cost will be deducted from the $500 hold. Additionally, any damage repair cost that exceeds the $500 hold, the renter will also be fully responsible for the total amount of the damage repair cost up to the full deductible amount.
- All coverage and waivers are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract and do not include coverage for property, personal or otherwise, or damage as a result of negligence on the part of the renter or passenger for any illegal use of the slingshot or its use under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are ill, or sick, or on any prescription or over the counter medication you cannot operate our slingshot.
